Mental Health Awareness Course
This course focuses on understanding our own mental health, inside and outside the workplace. Designed to teach people how to promote good mental wellbeing and assist others to do the same, in the right situations.
This course will take approximately 90 minutes to complete and will enable you to:
Understand what mental health is
Recognise how your brain works, and how that is linked to good and poor mental health
Discover ways to boost your mental wellbeing
Be aware of signs of possible poor mental health in others
Engage with others appropriately who may be experiencing mental health issues
