Course Overview

This course will take approximately 90 minutes to complete and will enable you to:

  • Understand what mental health is

  • Recognise how your brain works, and how that is linked to good and poor mental health

  • Discover ways to boost your mental wellbeing

  • Be aware of signs of possible poor mental health in others

  • Engage with others appropriately who may be experiencing mental health issues
